Configuration
To manage Orion's configuration:
- Navigate to the Configuration Tab in the left navigation menu.
Managing Company Info
Update your Company Info whenever business objectives change to ensure Orion continues delivering relevant insights.
- Navigate to the Company Info tab in the Configuration page
- Edit any existing context
- Hit save to apply your changes
Automated Assignments
Setup automated assignments to have Orion automatically create a new assignment on a scheduled basis with preset instructions.
- Navigate to the Automated Assignments tab in the Configuration Page.
- Input assignment instructions and schedule

Click on 'Save Changes' to save

Toggle between Enabled & Disabled to turn this function on or off
Managing Feedback
Navigate to the Feedback tab in the Configuration Page.
From here you can:
Edit feedback
Update existing feedback to refine analysis parameters, such as changing default rounding methods or preferred comparison metrics.
- Click on the 3 dots next to the feedback you would like to edit to open the feedback tray
- From the feedback tray select 'edit'
- Enter Feedback text changes
- Select 'Save'
Change the status of feedback
Update a feedback's status from Active / Ignore based on its ongoing relevance. This can be done from 2 places.
From the feedback list view directly:
- Click on the drop-down arrow from the feedback list view to change between 'Active' and 'Ignore'
From the feedback tray:
- Click on the 3 dots next to the feedback you would like to update to open the feedback tray
- Click on the drop-down arrow next to the status to change between ‘Active’ and ‘Ignore’
Delete feedback
Permanently remove feedback that is no longer needed to keep your preferences streamlined and up-to-date.
- Click on the 3 dots next to the feedback to open the feedback tray
- Click on the delete button at the bottom of the tray
